Nicole brings 20+ years of human resources experience and approximately 15 years in recruitment across private industry and federal organizations. She leads HR consulting, workforce planning, classification and organizational improvement.
Owner and Procurement Lead
William brings 25+ years of operations and service delivery experience, including inventory, supply coordination and team leadership. As co-owner, he oversees procurement, resource coordination and operational support.
Project Director
Mindy brings 20+ years of human resources experience across healthcare, federal and regulated environments. She directs projects and supports employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance and implementation.
Senior Human Resources Specialist
Jaselah brings 7 years of HR and recruitment support experience. She supports hiring, position descriptions, onboarding, employee records and HR systems, helping clients turn workforce plans into daily action.
HR Support
Walinda brings 4 years of combined experience across healthcare, education and service environments. She applies her strengths in confidential records, scheduling, communication and compliance to HR support and project coordination.
Financial Director
Raquel brings 26 years of banking, credit, funding and financial operations experience, including 13+ years in management. As Financial Director, she oversees SHCS’s financial contracts and supports financial controls, reporting and payroll coordination.
